eedback about a proposed cannabis dispensary to be located at the corner o
f Red Bank Road and Fair Lane.\nIn November 2023\, Ohio residents approved
the recreational sale and use of cannabis products in the State of Ohio.
As a result of that vote\, Fairfax council has been approached about loca
ting a facility on the western boundary of the Village along Red Bank Road
.\nResidents can learn about the proposed business\, ask questions and pro
vide their opinions to council. Representatives from the business will be
on hand at the meeting.
